What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlords harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household and withheld or deliberately interfered with the reasonable supply of a vital service, care service, or food that the Landlords are obligated to supply under the tenancy agreement.

The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to complete the installation of the laundry facilities, obtain a final inspection and make the washer and dryer fully operational by April 30, 2016. The lawful monthly rent will increase by $100 once the laundry facilities are fully operational.
