What happened
The Co-op applied to the Landlord and Tenant Board for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges.
The ruling
The Co-op's application for eviction of the Co-op Member is denied on the condition that the Co-op Member makes the specified payments by the due dates. If the Co-op Member fails to make any of the payments, the Co-op may apply for an order terminating the occupancy and evicting the Co-op Member.
