What happened

The ruling
The prior order is cancelled. The Tenant must pay $7,659.73 into the Board by January 31, 2018 to void the eviction order. If the payment is made, the Landlords must put the Tenant back into possession. If not, the tenancy will be terminated and the Tenant must pay the outstanding amount to the Landlords.
