The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 29, 2023. Tenants must pay $9,166.08 (less any rent paid) for use of the unit from June 30, 2022 to March 20, 2023, and $34.72 per day from March 21, 2023 until move-out. If not vacated by August 29, 2023, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
