What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member because the Co-op Member did not pay the regular monthly housing charges that the Co-op Member owes with respect to the member unit.
The ruling
The occupancy shall continue provided: (a) The Co-op Member pays $1,681.00 to the Co-op in installments of $100.00 per month from June 23, 2015 to August 23, 2016, with a final installment of $81.00 on September 23, 2016; and (b) The Co-op member shall also pay her lawful monthly housing charges as and when they become due and payable on the 1st day of each month until the arrears have been paid in full. If the Co-op member fails to make any of the payments, the outstanding balance becomes due immediately and payable to the Co-op.
