What happened

Landlord applied for termination of tenancy due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (LTB-L-003895-22) issued on July 21, 2022. The Tenant failed to pay rent and arrears as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 10, 2023. The Tenant must pay $19,585.15 to the Landlord, representing rent owing up to January 30, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest. Additionally, the Tenant must pay $65.65 per day from January 31, 2023, until vacating the unit. If not vacated by February 10, 2023, the Landlord may enforce eviction through the Court Enforcement Office.
