What happened

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $8,301.20 by November 28, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must pay $3,361.71 plus $52.60 per day from September 30, 2022, until vacating. The Tenant must move out by November 28, 2022, if the order is not voided.
