What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlords served an N8 Notice of Termination with a termination date of March 31, 2022.
The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlords the monthly rent due on or before the 1st day of the month for the period of September 1, 2022 to August 1, 2023. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlords may apply to the Board, no later than 30 days after a breach of this order, without notice to the Tenants, for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
