The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the unit by February 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $18,113.43 (less any amount paid after November 23, 2020) for rent arrears, application fees, and compensation for use of the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 15, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
