What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed NSF cheque charges and related administration charges.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2015 unless Tenants pay $1,619.12 by that date to void the order. If unit not vacated by July 31, 2015, Landlord may file order with Sheriff for eviction starting August 1, 2015. Tenants may make a motion to set aside order if they pay required amount after August 1, 2015 but before Sheriff enforces eviction.
