What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in a mediated settlement agreement, which required them to pay rent by the fifth day of each month and permit potential buyers to view the unit.
The ruling
The mediated agreement remains in effect. The Tenants must pay all outstanding rent by November 26, 2019. If they fail to do so, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants.
