What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants did not pay the total rent they were required to pay for the period from April 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $2,033.96 in rent arrears and $190.00 for the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by January 15, 2021, the Tenants will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
