What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member because the Co-op Member did not pay the regular monthly housing charges.
The ruling
The occupancy shall continue provided the Co-op Member pays the arrears of $3,454.00 in installments and continues to pay the regular monthly housing charges. If the Co-op Member fails to make any payments, the outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable with 2% annual simple interest, and the Co-op may apply for an order to terminate occupancy and evict the Member.
