What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on February 28, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $3,683.50 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 28, 2023, they must vacate the unit and the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Landlord is directed to accept all rent and arrears payments made by the Tenant.
