What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant was found to have breached the previous order by banging on the walls and ceiling, and shouting profanities and threats towards the upstairs tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 28, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
