What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $11,075.20 to void the order by August 26, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $7,589.16 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by August 26, 2022. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $49.27 from July 5, 2022 until they vacate.
