The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 4, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $3,530.00 plus $21.67 per day starting December 22, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 4, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
