What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants also applied for an order alleging harassment, interference with reasonable enjoyment, and failure to meet maintenance obligations.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay the full amount owing by November 30, 2022. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by November 30, 2022. The Landlords are ordered to pay a $2,000 administrative fine.
