What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of August 31, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before August 31, 2021. If the Tenants fail to move out by that date, they shall pay the Landlord $49.32 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from September 1, 2021 until the date they move out. If the unit is not vacated by August 31, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting September 1, 2021.
