What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by November 23, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,402.64, which includes rent arrears up to November 12, 2021 and costs from the previous L1 application, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay by November 23, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
