What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex and damage to the rental unit caused by the Tenant and his guests.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 1, 2018. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,588.17 for the damaged property, $16.08 per day for compensation for use of the unit after the termination date, and $175 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not vacate by May 1, 2018, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
