The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $13,825.55 by July 16, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by July 16, 2022, and pay $10,965.59 plus $41.40 per day from June 23, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting July 17, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
