The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $654.46 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $49.32 per day for use of the unit starting March 21, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 31, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
