What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 16, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,876.25, plus $60.82 per day starting April 4, 2020 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 16, 2020, they will owe interest starting August 17, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by August 16, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
