The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,096.10 for the cost of repairing the damage to the elevator door, as well as $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 6, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
