The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both parties. Tenants must vacate by this date. If not vacated, Landlords may file for eviction enforcement starting March 1, 2022. The eviction order expires on September 1, 2022, if not filed with the Sheriff by then.
