What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant assaulting and causing injury to another person in the residential complex, committing an illegal act, and seriously impairing the safety of another person.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated effective October 31, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting November 1, 2020.
