The Tenant is ordered to pay the rent of $1,006.17 on the first day of each and every month. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
