The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 2, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,590.08 in compensation for use of the unit from August 1 to September 21, 2021, and $69.04 per day from September 22, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the unit is not vacated by October 2, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
