The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 10, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $20,860.60 (less any amounts paid after the application was filed) and $60.82 per day in compensation starting January 31, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 10, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
