What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective March 20, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,173.20, representing rent arrears, application fees, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay by March 20, 2021, they will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
