What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and Tenants must vacate by January 21, 2023. Tenants are ordered to pay $8,349.76 plus $69.04 per day from January 11, 2023, until they move out. If not paid by January 21, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting January 22, 2023.
