What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or a person permitted in the residential complex by the Tenant seriously impairing the safety of another person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 7, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owing by November 7, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
