What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on January 29, 2020 with respect to application NOL-38715-19. The Tenant was creating noise and disturbances that were inconsistent with everyday living and disturbing other residents.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 15, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to have the eviction enforced.
