What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The conditions required the Tenant to keep noise levels down and not substantially interfere with others' reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex for a period of twelve months.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 6, 2023, due to the Tenant's breach of conditions set in a previous LTB order. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting February 7, 2023.
