What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on August 17, 2021 with respect to application SOL-21539-21.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 29, 2021. The Landlord is authorized to offset $25.32 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting November 19, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit.
