What happened

The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $10,927.50 by March 23, 2024, the tenancy is terminated. If not voided, the Tenant must move out and pay $7,751.40 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $50.55 from January 30, 2024, until move-out.
