What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord required possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by the Landlord's daughter.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 31, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $60.82 per day for compensation for use of the unit from December 21, 2021 until they move out. The last month's rent deposit shall be applied to the final month's rent.
