What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (EAL-96944-21) issued on November 23, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay $900 rent and $100 arrears by February 1, 2022, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2022. The Tenant must pay $2,613.46 to the Landlord, plus $29.59 per day from February 17, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay by February 27, 2022, interest will be charged, and the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
