What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on March 27, 2023 unless the tenants pay $5,742.20 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the tenancy is terminated, the tenants must pay $1,617.33 to the landlord, which includes rent arrears, application fees, and NSF charges, minus the rent deposit and interest. The tenants must also pay daily compensation of $53.90 for each day of occupation starting February 16, 2023.
