The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,816.18 plus $41.23 per day starting February 17, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 27, 2021, they will owe interest starting February 28, 2021.
