The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by July 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $201 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay by July 27, 2021, they will owe interest starting July 28, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by July 27, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
