Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of October 14, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,352.30 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the application filing cost. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 4, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
