What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's behavior substantially interfering with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment or lawful rights, and for committing an illegal act by storing possessions in the furnace room contrary to the Fire Code.

The ruling

The Tenant must remove her possessions from the common areas by October 10, 2021. If she fails to do so, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee.
