Tenants alleged the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and withheld or deliberately interfered with the reasonable supply of a vital service.

The ruling

The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenants $3,072 as an abatement of rent for the period of substantial interference and harassment from March to August 2020, as well as $45 for the cost of filing the application.
