What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlord also claimed administration charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,299.00 in rent arrears, $40.00 in NSF cheque charges, and $201.00 in application filing costs. If the full amount is not paid by October 25, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
