What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlords harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household.

The ruling

The Landlord must reimburse the Tenant $41.40 for a credit balance, $396.45 for off-site parking fees, and $48 for the filing fee, for a total of $485.85. The Landlord must pay the full amount by December 26, 2021, or the Tenant may deduct it from the January 2022 rent. The Tenant has the right to collect the full amount at any time.
