What happened

The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,578.50, which includes rent arrears up to 2023-02-28 and the application filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by 2023-03-14, the Tenant will start owing interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
