What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for residential occupation by their daughter for at least one year.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2023. The Tenant must vacate by this date. If the Tenant does not vacate, they must pay $85.48 per day for use of the unit starting July 1, 2023, until they move out. The Sheriff may enforce the eviction from July 1, 2023.
