What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 23, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $9,622.85, which includes rent arrears and application costs, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $29.59 per day for use of the unit from April 13, 2021 until move-out. If the Tenant pays $11,298.40 by April 23, 2021, the eviction order will be void.
